Great Expectations was founded by Patricia Gordon in 1999 to serve the developmentally disabled population through the Medicaid Waiver Program.  Our agency has strived to build a team that will enable us to serve a wide variety of consumers to the best of your expectations.  The backbone of our agency is our caring and compassionate team of staff members.  Listed below are photos and inserts on each of our team members that will give you a more in depth view of our agency.

Patricia Gordon, President

 Patricia is certified in Supported Living, Supported Employment and Residential Habilitation.  Patricia has been a licensed Medicaid Waiver Provider since 1999.  Patricia has also been licensed through the Agency for Healthcare Administration to provide homemaker and companion service.  Patricia has been working with individuals who have disabilites for over twenty years.  It was Patricia's dream to own her own agency that would enable her to provide a better quality of life for individuals with disabilities.  Having a disabled son herself, Patricia has always been a strong advocate for individuals with disabilities.  Her kind, loving and giving nature ensures that she is loved not only by all of her clientele, but her employees as well.  Patricia goes above and beyond to assist her clientele and employees with succeeding in their lives and careers. 


Tina Ogden, Program Manager


Tina is certified in CPR, First Aid, Supported Living and Supported Employment.  She has been a member of our team

from the beginning and started volunteering for our agency at the age of twelve.  Tina is a kind and loving caregiver to

her clientele and has assisted many of her clients with achieving the goals that they desire through her words of

encouragement and a helping hand.  Tina is a stong advocate for her clientele and their families and often goes above

and beyond the call of duty to make sure that her clients receive not only what they need, but also a good quality of life. 

Jonathan Thomas, Program Manager


Jonathan is certified in CPR, First Aid, Supported Living and Supported Employment.  He has been with our team from the beginning

as well and is our Supported Employment Specialist, assisting many of our consumers with finding and maintaining active community

employment.  Jonathan also assists with many of the household repairs that are requested by our clientele.  He has a wonderful sense

of humor and is great with customer and team relations.

Matthew Beckette, Direct Care Team

 Matt is certified in CPR, First Aid, Supported Living and Supported Employment.  Matt has been a team member for 7 years now and is our Transportation Specialist.  Matt is the full time driver for our largest transportation route.  Matt ensures that all of his clients are well cared for and his easy going nature makes him well liked by everyone.  Matt has a spotless attendance record and is always a reliable team member.
